Date and Raspberry Bliss Balls ~ Snack
A combination of raspberry and chocolate. This bliss ball is like a raspberry chocolate cake mud cake in one small morsel.

Provisions Guide
This makes 9 balls:
1 cup of dates
1-2 tbsp of raspberry jam
2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cacao for the mixture
3 tbsp of cacao powder to coat balls
Pinch of salt
Preparation
BLEND sunflower seeds until a fine meal in a food processor or blender.
ADD all ingredients except 3 tbsp of cacao.
BLEND till all combined should be a pliable paste.
ROLL into 1tbsp balls and coat in cacao powder.
STORE in the fridge or eat (them all). Can be kept in the freezer for an icy snack.
