Date and Raspberry Bliss Balls ~ Snack

A combination of raspberry and chocolate. This bliss ball is like a raspberry chocolate cake mud cake in one small morsel.

Provisions Guide

This makes 9 balls:

  • 1 cup of dates

  • 1-2 tbsp of raspberry jam

  • 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 1 tsp of cacao for the mixture

  • 3 tbsp of cacao powder to coat balls

  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. BLEND sunflower seeds until a fine meal in a food processor or blender.

  2. ADD all ingredients except 3 tbsp of cacao.

  3. BLEND till all combined should be a pliable paste.

  4. ROLL into 1tbsp balls and coat in cacao powder.

  5. STORE in the fridge or eat (them all). Can be kept in the freezer for an icy snack.
