This is not nut free, however, the hazelnut chocolate spread can easily be swapped for a seed butter, sunflower seed paste or tahini with a 1tsp of cacao powder to add a chocolate taste.

Provisions Guide

This makes 9 balls.

  • 1 cup of dried cranberries

  • 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut for mix

  • 3 tbsp of desiccated coconut for coating

  • 1 tbsp of hazelnut chocolate spread

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 1tsp of maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. BLEND all ingredients other than the desiccated coconut for coating.

  2. ROLL into 1 tbsp balls.

  3. PLACE desiccated coconut for coating on a plate and roll the balls to coat.

  4. STORE in the fridge if they make it there.
