Ingredients

Garlic
Sourdough or bread of choice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Grill on a hot pan or toast sourdough in a toaster
Rub garlic onto warm toast
Put toast on plate and top with salad

Bruschetta topped with roasted pumpkin, tomato relish and ricotta
Ingredients
Spinach
Pumpkin roasted
Ricotta
Lemon zest
Walnuts
Garlic
Sourdough
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Grill on a hot pan or toast sourdough in a toaster
Rub garlic onto warm toast
Spread relish on toasted bread
Top with all other ingredients
Top with spinach
