Green Bean and Asparagus salad with Grilled Halloumi ~ Meal/Side
Some salads don’t need dressing and this is one of them! Feel free to add one if you must, however, a thin stream of honey will suffice to the unadulterated beans and salty, slightly fatty halloumi.

Provisions guide
For one
A handful of steamed green beans still slightly crispy
Half a bunch of steamed asparagus
3 slices of grilled halloumi
Cranberries
Honey to drizzle
Micro herbs if you so desire.
Preparation
PLACE the asparagus and beans on a plate.
TOP with halloumi and cranberries, drizzle with honey.
SEASON if required, watch the saltiness of the halloumi. Don’t share and enjoy!
